What is BASEBALL TIVITZ?
The BASEBALL TIVITZ game is a board game that requires students to use strategy, algebraic reasoning, and computation skills as they move their team of "tivots" from their dugout to the outfield. The object of the game is to capture score goals in the outfield that will give the highest point score. Who MAY participate in this competition?
HCEMC sponsors competitions for Hillsborough County Public Schools (Florida) students in fourth and fifth grade. The competition is open to all 4th and 5th grade teams in Hillsborough County, FL. Each school may bring one team consisting of four students for
each grade level. Students compete individually against students from other schools, and then individual scores are combined for a cumulative school team score. For more information contact .
